We offer FREE SHIPPING in the United States.
Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Next business day shipping guaranteed.
Your product will be shipped the next business day from our fulfillment center in New Jersey. Estimated time of arrival is 5-7 business days. Pre-sale items are posted prior to their arrival in our warehouse, therefore shipping times will vary.
Please note that once your shipment has left our fulfillment center, we are unable to cancel your order and issue a refund.
If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact customer support at email@example.com. We value your business and will make it our priority to resolve any issue regarding your order as soon as possible. Before leaving a review, please allow us to address your concerns. Refunds and Returns
A refund will be given in the following terms:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase.
- If you cancel your order before the product ships from the fulfillment center.
In order to be considered for a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received within 14 days after the product delivery date. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged and unaltered. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Before returning the item, first contact email@example.com to help expedite the process. Then return the item to Kaili's Gumdrops, 281 Bloomfield Avenue, Suite 107, Verona, New Jersey US 07044. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund will only reflect the amount you paid for the product minus the shipping cost. If the order includes discounts, the item will be refunded proportionally instead of the full price. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will be issued within 14 business days pending it fits the criteria explained above. It will reflect as a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- We are able to offer an exchange if requested via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Exchanges will only be made upon receipt of the product you are returning.
- Final sale items cannot be refunded or credited.
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
If you haven’t received your refund first contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and have still not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
